Once you've got your team, click on 'My team' on the right hand side, you should now see bulletpoints underneath that, one of the bulletpoints is 'My leagues' click on that and there should be a bow where you insert text into.

The leagues won't be updated until all of the first found matches are out of the way. The final first round match is being played now, so I guess it'll be update sometime this afternoon...
