anybody heard that sega will be developing software for other, rival systems in 2002?!?!?!?! its true!!! Also they -might- make games for gamecube and x-box..... only! yes that means no sega games on the ps2!!!!! hahahaha. And yes, I believe that Sega should switch to games only on many formats, for a number of years to get themselves more into the public eye. Then, once everyone knows them for their great games, they should release another console.

Yeah sega should do that, then if they could build themselfs up a good reputation and they came back with a console that would kick a$$ and a whole lot of confidence and a good team of game desingers.

I agree Shinobi. That would be the most sensible thing to do, and if Sega did it, then they wouldn't die off, and raise from the dead, as it were.

I hope for their, and the general game playing public, that they do.

I KNOW SEGA'S PLAN.

They are gonna quit the consol business and become the best game creaters of all time (alot of money in their pocket) then out of the blue in 8 and 3/4 years time they are gonna come back with a super consol.

I don't think it will. If you look at the pictures it looks quite flat across the bottom. I think that it will sit in a stationary position. Where will you keep your Gamecube? Is it on a table, with one leg shorter than the others? This could cause it to rock.....

i own a dreamcast and a n64,
n64 has great characters and platform games, zelda.
sega has great arcade perfect games and, shenmue.
so dont dis sega ok it has some of the best games ever made.
ps gamegube will rock

Sega is actually quite good at making games, it's just that they're absolute pants at consoles.

Sony rip-off ideas and charge double the price!

Plus the PS2 has taken over the title of "The hardest console to program for" and the Gamecube is now the easiest!

It's not suprising that Sonic Team (If they really are) are making games for Gamecube and X-Box. I hope they make Gameboy Advance games as well!
