New vehicles rumoured but the only confirmed is...*drumroll*..motorcycles, strong rumour of helicopter but Rockstar won't confirm.
To be released on PC roughly 3 months after the PS2 version, as the "Sony exclusive until 2004" only covers new games, not the Vice City game.

I'm pretty sure Rockstar said it would be a stand-alone game at E3.
The Sony exclusive doesn't cover the PC at all, Goaty - only consoles.
According to PSM2, it's likely to be an add-on rather than a new game - like GTA London was for the previous game.
Also, there were 'major clues' about the Miami game in GTA3 - there's a poster in one of the tunnels with a pic of a plane and the word "MIAMI" underneath. One of your 'employers' (can't remember the name) says "See you in Miami" after the last mission you do for him, and... there's one other thing I can't remember...

Sounds cool, i like motorbikes and the idea of riding helicotors. Thanks for the info.
