New vehicles rumoured but the only confirmed is...*drumroll*..motorcycles, strong rumour of helicopter but Rockstar won't confirm.
To be released on PC roughly 3 months after the PS2 version, as the "Sony exclusive until 2004" only covers new games, not the Vice City game.

Yeah, it's set to be a totally new game. Only on PS2 and PC, I believe. If I was Mr Burns, I'd be saying 'excellent.'
