Many console discussions involve references to how many units have been sold of particular consoles etc...

Would it be possible for you (SR) to tell us how many units of each console you have sold, etc... (GC,PS2,Xxox,GBA...)

Surely this would give us all an accurate view of how the great console battle is shaping up.

Please help us....!

Nice to see you back around Tony, it has been a while.

I ordered a gamecube on thursday and it said there were stock, now it says there are none and it is back ordered. Any news on when new stock will be in??
:-)

Anyway Mr Tonty how are you? All good I hope.

We don't sell xXoxes, but the name has a strangly familiar ring to it.

When the PS2 was launched we sold as many as we could get, which was nowhere near as many as we could have sold. Toys R Us got the stock.

When the GameCube was launched we sold as many as we could get, which was nowhere near as many as we could have sold. Toys R Us got the stock.

When the Game Boy Advance was launched we sold as many as we could get, which was nowhere near as many as we could have sold. Toys R Us got the stock.

My view. If you want to play DVD Movies and you don't already have a PS2 then buy a PS2. If you want a pure games machine and/or you already have a PS2 then buy a GameCube. Simple as that.

(MicroXox, that's what he must be on about, or was it MicroSox?)

Sorry, we can't give out our sales figures willy nilly. Let's just say we've sold a lot of all of them.

Surely worldwide/regional sales as a whole are more important.. and they're all available NOW! (In fact people have been posting them around in random rooms).

Either way, who cares. We have 3 great consoles, all of which will be around for a fair few years yet.
