I wouldn't know how she'd respond. I have a feeling she has a different personality every day of the year (I was there for 2 weeks and she was different every day).

I suspect she probably is, but I don't know. Her web site certainly provides a wealth of info about her and about her methods.
It's hard to 'pontificate' when you're not over-weight or not eating 'the right things', but it's just a case of trying to bring an awareness to the person of possible problems and a way to slowly recify the situation.
You know her, how do you think she would react to you suggesting that she viewed Tammi Flynn's site - not that it's the 'be all and end all' - just a beginning.
