But I've just deleted it because I can't put my feelings into words properly enough... it's more of an insult to post it. Some things you just can't explain, no matter how hard you try.

Done it a few times today Grix. Think I do it a few times everyday on these forums. It just doesn't make sense when you read back through it even though while you typed it it may have something to go on...

Quite often I've got halfway through writing a reply, and then just thought "Sod it." and not bothered to post it.

Not sure why, just happens sometimes.

I don't very often, but a fair few times I've wrote something from one initial idea, explained it and then *tried* to expand on it but just ended up rambling pointlessly for about two paragraphs... sometimes I'll think the topic is servicable, others I'll just delete and usually start again, but sometimes I just give up. I also sometimes hit the 'reply to topic' button, then when the box comes up for me to type the message in I just think "Waht the hell am I going to write". Sometimes it's because the topic is really good and there's not really much I can say about it (happens quite a lot in the life forum) but others I just think about saying something then realise I actually have nothing to say about the topic being discussed...

I do quite a bit actually... no really I do and then I think it's crap and delete it and post crap instead.

I wrote a story about SR being a pirate ship, with captain Tony sailing them over the mutinous high seas. Never finished it though and I don't intend to either. Hmmm...what about if I did it in picture form...

Yeah I do that. Sometimes I just can't explain myself properly and end up bablling and other times I just either think it's too embarrasing or that no one would really care.

All the time..most of my posts actually, it seems, I just think "nah, they wouldn't care", or "someone else will be able to say it better"..Then hit myself for having no self confidence and go back to hiding in the SR shadows.

Same applies in real life, stop myself saying things, generally because I know I wont be able to express them as I mean to.. really depresses me sometimes, I love travel and language, but I'm yet to master speaking in English.. End up explaining myself several times before someone finally understands and then saying sorry a lot for being stupid.

Okey, back off to my corner.

Never delete anything for good.
I've lost track of the times I've written something and at the time thought it was a complete muddle, then when I re-read it a few months later realized that it contained truths and ideas which at the time of writing I didn't see within it.
