I remember Sodding Idiot popping up when I was doing an election campaign one time. I came up with the Vote Sod idea then he popped up out of the blue trying to use my thing to get votes him.
Don't see him around often. Think I might have spotted him like once or twice since that time.
As for Bollards - god knows, never seen him before.

I've seen Bollards around before. He kind of pops along for a day or two, does a couple of posts and then disappears again.
