Well, what if there was someone who didn't post much, but it was all of good quantity. Surely he'd feel a bit niggled, as I'm sure I would feel the same. Surely a simple banning doesn't go amiss?

I've just seen some of what this moron Condom has posted in the Nintendo forum. Its complete and utter spam, and insults to other people who use the forum. I personally think this guy is someone who has been here before and probably got banned. It people like this who give newbies a bad name, and I for one am sick and tired of these people who come to these forums to pi$s about.

If you look at the winners list there have been quite a few Newbies winning for posts ie Lepracaun and Illzen have both won twice last month so if we stop people like them posting they will just leave or spam in Regular or Notables topics.

The problem is that some Newbies have valid reasons to post threads, which have some meaning rather than - I quote - "radvsavsres".
Perhaps SR should allow people to have some kinda permit to post threads. I.e, if you want to be allowed to start threads you can e-mail SR, and they can look at your post posts and see if you deserve it.
This could be a bad idea, as there a sooo many people on SR now - it depends if they can be bothered :-)
I did start a thread, but nobody replied to it!
