You know what tooltips are. I want to make some for "glossary" stuff on the TNR, only onClick, not after a short time. I know this needs JS and CSS layers, I've just forgotten how. Can someone remind me?

Don't use onClick. Use the 'alt' and 'title' attributes as follows:
