Now when you want to run the emulator, navigate to this folder and open ePSXe.exe. It'll ask you to configure it.
First thing you'll have to do is download a copy of the BIOS, open the zip file and extract it to the folder C:\Games\PSX\bios. If you can't find a copy of this file I'll email you a copy.
Then you'll need to configure the graphics, sound and CDROM. Just follow the instructions. The plug-in files you'll need are at http://www.emuhelp.com/otherpages.php?op=viewpage&otherid=2
Download anything you need and extract into the plugins folder in your ePSXe directory.

I'd wait about 3 years for an Emulator based around the PS2 and xBox. They'll be hard to code since the internal architecture has custom made materials. The graphics card, for example...
Then again, you could of course; BUY an xBox or PS2.
