Ok erm......thats it!
My chao are the two first ones called tango and the other one is unnamed (I neglect him).
and I've got one from a white egg called chucky.

what does the dark fruit do?
what does the mushroom do?
How do you get the pot on your chaos head like dinner in karate mode?
do you use the big apple to make your chao have it on his head like happy from karate mode?
Evolve?

and the third has a unicorn

is amazing he hasn't evoled (what happens when they evolve) he has parrot wings a skunk tail ape arms unicorn horn the green beaver ears and these brown feet.

What do the things you win do?
should i buy the yellow egg?
and does the kindergarten do anything?

can someone please please tell me how to get past the chess board bit at the end of harrypotter on the game boy advance ......

Oh and the toys, watering can you win etc are used automatically by the chao when thy feel like it, so once you'v eone the can and trowel just give it the seed and it will already have them. Also, all your chao receive the toy when you win it, not just the one in the race, I think anyway.

Feeding just improves/refills their stamina for the races.

A chao evolves by going into the white cocoon and when it comes out it will be an adult. This just happens after a certain (and long) amount of time, or if you give it hundreds of animals/rods it should evolve (but that takes ages too) the second time it evolves it doesnt go into the cocoon, it just evolves gradually as you give it more things, the second evolution takes place after the cocoon one when its an adult.

The chao colours I had were: white, black, red, blue, green, ruby, emerald, chrome, gold, yellow, sapphire, purple and some other 'jewel colours' probably. To get the jewel colours on the DC version you had to go online and download them when you had enough emblems, im not sure about the GC version.

If you want a chao with horns then if I remember right you need to give it a dragon animal until it gets horns, or possibly the unicorn, but you can definatly get them from an animal. Don't worry if they don't look right, once its evolved the first time they will be bigger and better. Oh and if you meant the jester horns (like from the games NiGHTS) then just give it nothing but purple rods and raise it as neutral.

The box thingy isn't on the dremcast one so i have no idea.

To plant seeds you need to have won the watering can AND the trowel from the races, you get them both as prizes for winning 2 of the four begining races (cant remember which)

Different fruits (im asuming you mean from the different trees you can plant) do have different things but i cant remmber exactly and its not really important, they just improve stamina more.

If you want a ghost chao (one that hs no legs and floats) then give it 5 or 6 bats.

They evolve after a certain amount of thingies, im not sure for animals but for the rods i think its about 500 before they evolve.

When you give animals to chaos they gain a new movement as well, but i cant remembe them all.
If you give a chao a penguin then it has the ability to slide along the floor on its belly.
An otter makes it swim backstroke whe its in the water.
One of the birds makes it sing.
A dragon makes it breathe fire every once in a while (although it rarely happens)
The boar (at least i tihnk its a boar) makes it scrape its foot on the ground and charge.
Can't remember the rest.

and how do you hatch chao with two horns like on chao race?

and what does the moving cardboard box do?

and do any of the fruits do anything?

my chao wont plant seeds, do i need the elaphant watering can? i have it, but i havent used it.

how many animals do i need to evolve a chao, does it need to be adult to evolve? does it need to be left, do they have to be fed simultaniosly?

how many chao egg coulors are there?

you pick up the chao you dont want, go to the gba link up thing(you dont need a link up cable), select good bye, and send him away.(if you can stand the sad music and picture, i almost caved in!

I had this on the dreamcast so i know a load about chaos, as long as the basic feeding idea and stuff is the same.

Get a Sonic Chao:
Give a chao nothing but the green rod tihngs (forgot what they're called) and raise it evenly with good and bad characters, so its neutral. When it goes through its first evolution (in the white bulb thing) it will look like sonic a bit, just keep giving it green rods untill it looks just like him.

Shadow chao:
Same thing as about but raise it with a evil character

Also you may have noticed that with knuckles/rouge you can dig up various things in the gardens (pumpkin in nuetral and good, skull in evil). If you first give a chao one of the skeleton dog animals from the levels, then give it one of these, he/she will put it on its head making some very interesting looks, but the only way to get it off is to throw them/hit them i tihnk. You can also do this with the egg shells.
