I've just enjoyed the Austrian GP all the way upto the final moments. For all those that don't know, Barrichello came first in the qualifying, lead all the way through the race only for Ferrari to tell him to let Schumacher past. How the hell is he meant to do any good if he is just under orders to let Schumacher win?

I don't think Schumacher looked too happy about it either and it was a nice gesture to let him stand in the No. 1 position on the podium.

It makes a mockery of the sport, the best man didn't win.

They favour Schumacher much more and gave him the 2002 car and he "borrowed" Barrichelo's better performing car earlier in the season.

Reports say that Ford are giving Jaguar around £1billion to improve the car.

Grrrr...I've got Barrichello in my fantasy Formula 1.

But that's not the point. In my view, Barrichello's been better than Schumacher for a lot of this season. The booing at the end was amazing...

I think both Barrichello and Trulli have been extremely unlucky. Trulli's been in podium postions a couple of times, and his car's buggered up on him. Same for Barrichello, and now this.

I'm a massive Ferrari fan, but this has doused my opinion of Jean Todt and Ross Brawn somewhat.

Michael Schumacher didn't need him to move over as he will porbably win the title with ease anyway. Barrichello should have rejected the contract and moved. Even though team glory is great, F1 is about individual greatness and you will not be remembered for acts of generosity and coming in 2nd.

What is the news on Sato as that crash was bad. There must have been some nasty incidents on that 90 degrees turn before as well.

I heard about this on the radio coming back from London. It is a bloody joke, and is one of many reasons that I just can't be bothered with F1 any more. They've taken all the excitement out of it.

Everyone watching must have been hoping Barrichello would not have to move over, but deep down everyone knew what was going to happen. Ferrari have made themselves a lot of enemies doing this and will probably lose millions in merchandise they won't sell as a result. It discredits the whole championship as the winner may win with points he didn't earn. No other team would do this (McLaren Australia '98 was because of a pitstop mistake.)

If it hadn't been for Rubens' car's unreliabilty earlier in the season they would be championship contenders. What would happen then? Also after the bad reaction will Ferrari do the same again next time it's Barrichello-Schumacher on the last lap?
