That's someone else's opinion it certainly isn't Mario 64, but why would it be the fastest selling launch game ever if it was soooo dissapointing.

Super Monkey ball
Rogue Leader
Tony hawks 3
ISS 2
Luigi's Mansion (beleive what you read, it may be quite short but it's a damn fine game)
Crazy Taxi
Burnout
Sonic Adventure 2
Bloody Roar extreme

These are all games that are worth buying 'depending on taste'.

Fair point. Ok, let's take all of those games away, and look forward into this time next year, THEN who will have the good games?

Well that's why the PS2 has those games.

Take away Super Monkey Ball and Roque Leader and you've basically got no decent games on the GC. Tony Hawk's is a port (the game's not even that good), and don't say Luigi's Mansion because you know it's short and you know it's disappointing. The most disappointing of 2001, actually.

AND remember I posted that yesterday. {:)

Anyway, PS2 still rules, followed by the GameCube and then the X-Box. If I manage to sell my useless GBA (crap) then I might get a GC.

It's been out for 2 years, and apart from MGS2 (sequel), GTA and GT3 (both sequels), and Final Fantasy 10 (sequel), it would be playing catch up now the other consoles.

MGS2, obviously.

Notice that "Substance" and "2" are different.

And who cares if they're ported across to other consoles, I will have played and completed them by now, considering the PS2 has already been out for two years.

Hehe, for months it had been. Well, Metal Gear Solid X still is.

This Metal Gear Substance is totally new though...but it's available for PC too, which is fine with me. {:)

Won't be as good as the other two though. It'll be a bit like Ghost Babel me thinks. Either a mixture of 1 and 2, or a spin-off. I don't think they'll continue the story from MGS2.
