You were lucky this year.
It wasn't that fair, we lost Beckham for the remainder of the season. He would of made a hell of a difference. Barthez's mistakes also dropped us points.
We only dropped a couple of points because of these mistakes. So that's how you won, because of mistakes.
The ref had a terrible match, many fouls on Arsenal's part, we should of had a penalty. Which should of won it for us.

Arsenal 3rd in the Disciplinary table with 6 red cards and 76 Yellow cards.
While United 2nd fairest team in the premiership :) 46 yellow + only one red card.
With only Ipswich beating them.
Sure Arsenal have cooled down of late...but they had to really...they would probably been fined heavily if they had carried on at the rate they were going at. THey only really stopped getting the cards when they saw the premiership was in sight.

Thuram looks as if he will be the defender that is signed as he is unhappy playing right-back at Juventus. As for Forlan, he is on for the future and has impressed me like Anelka as thay have both done everything except score regulary.
Nah, I still refuse to properly judge Forlan.
A player like that shoudnt be signed at that time of the season anyway. Whole new language, whole new league...whole new way of life. Give this guy the summer and see how he plays next season. If he doesnt perform next season then sure...slate him all you like...Fergie messed up big time by selling cole...
