Has anyone watched Star Wars: Return of the Jedi recently?
It's full of complete morons! Not the actors but the characters and thier lines.
E.g. Lando: ''That blast came from the Death Star.......that things operational!
No s hit Lando! I mean come on, he sounds like he is pent up on his own new found intellect! Why does he say it!? Admiral Akbar knows it, Luke knows it, the whole damn fleet knows it yet he feels the need just to make it clear; it was the Death Star and not a cream pie...
And the Emporer!? What a baffon, not only does he have lethal never ending pits in his throne room but also utters ''An entire legion of my best troops await them...''. What? Your best troops are beaten by teddy bears with twigs yet you can storm a heavily fortified base a Hoth!?
WTF?
And those guys on the Star Destroyer...why didn't they get the sheilds up in time...idiots...
And Jabba the Hutt!? Yeah, get all the Rebels around your ship and give Leia a deadly chain to strangle you and add a highly trained almost Jedi for good measure...

Heh, rumour has it that they were thinking of killing off Lando in the explosion of the Death Star. Also Harrison Ford wanted his character to die in the battle of Endor.
And the fight was going to be on Chewbaccas home planet - that would make the Empires defeat believable if they had their butts kicked but Wookies rather than some small, fat bears...

I think Lando's an idiot anyway. In The Empire Strikes Back, Lando strikes a deal with a Bounty Hunter and a Darklord of the Sith, and expects the deal to go as arranged.
