For me it would have to be Body Harvest
Without a doubt the most under rated N64 game ever
The power of the cube could really make this Rpg come shooter sing.
But i guess its unlikely

I'd like to see Mario 64 update maybe and as you said Body Harvest would be great as an update.

Body Harvest would be good on Gamecube! I'd also like to see a new version of Conker's Bad Fur Day, this is one of the funniest games on the N64. A GC update would be great!
