go to the cochrane dam in soreside vale and go to the roff where you did the last mission and go to the edge to face the lake.
then get your sniper rifle and look at the cliff in front of you on the other side of the lake and there is a dark little cave!
i went over there by boat and went into the cave but darkel was not there! maybe you have to go there at a certain time of day or night!?
who knows...

We've heard all this before. Darkel doesn't exsist in the PS2's GTA3 so the cave is useless.
