go to the cochrane dam in soreside vale and go to the roff where you did the last mission and go to the edge to face the lake.
then get your sniper rifle and look at the cliff in front of you on the other side of the lake and there is a dark little cave!
i went over there by boat and went into the cave but darkel was not there! maybe you have to go there at a certain time of day or night!?

It's not possible, the angle of elevation is too small. You'd need a freak occurence, like a car hitting you at the top of the ramp. However, most cars that would even consider doing this (Cops, etc) don't have the accelaration.
By the way... Who is Darkel? I've completed this twice, I've never heard the name.

The problem is the cave has no use whatsoever now darkel isn't in the game. It may be fun finding somethin new, but its just an empty cave, nothing to get excited about.
