The "Sony Games" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.
Also can someone tell me the actual details of how they work, the one i mainly want to know about is the Sbox external chip box, and what boot and other software or hardware you need.
> the dreamcast runs copied games with no chip just a bootdisk. very
> easy this is why the dreamcast is dead. ha ha
So this is the mentality of the people that are being attracted to the forums now. Somebody who thinks it's good that the Dreamcast failed due to the fact that it could easily be pirated.
Go away.
c'mon you can do better than this. Produce a topic which will grant you some respect at least.
whats the point of a post on chipping if most people on here HATE piracy on here...
do you guys not realise why prices of games are so high these days?
get your act together.

Well that is really nice, alot of people know me from MSN messanger. But who is this person, i'm getting wrried :(
Some facts:
1) The chip has *NEVER* caused my PS2 to hang or crash
2) Copies of the games are direct 1:1, so are *EXACTLY* the same as the originals, and hence *NEVER* crash (well, at least not more than the original would!)
3) The chip is invisible to the PS2 and *CANNOT* be detected by code. All it does is intercept signals and spit out modded signals.
4) You need one!
The prophecy is here, bow to the Messiah!
