You won't get a Cube on release now from SR. And probably most other shops, you have got to wait now!

do u think they will still have some for sale on or before launch date?

Fat chance mate.
All consoles are regional encoded(as are the games)(with the exception of the Gameboys)
The chances of getting a UK game to play on it are....oooo slim to none.

However.
UK-purchased IMPORTS will work
