A whole pink grapefruit with sugar and two slices of toast with orange and lemon marmalade.

i do that, going swimming in the mornings wakes you up so you are lively for the rest of the day.

The cornflakes have escaped. The ministry of food advise us that people stay in their houses, close all windows and doors and keep a bottle of milk handy to ward off any conflakes that try to enter your home.

It has just been established that Meka Dragon has been sharing his breakfast with his two children. This is an unprecidented show of generosity from the fire breathing parent.
The Queen and the Prime Minister are both expected to comment on this wonderful news in the next few minutes.
