Why the hell do we put these words in our sentences so much. I was watching friends some time ago and there were sentences such as
"that is so not real"
"i'm so not clening that up"
Then there are the youth of to day that can't a sentance without "like" coming into it.
I say bean these words as they are more than annoying.
ps. i'm not a regular friends viewer and feel that the world would be better of if they all died.

no-one really uses "so" in that sense except American teen-female shop-a-holics. The same goes for "like" in the context i think you mean, but there used also by American teen-male drink-drugs-drive-a-holics with little interest in their academic future.
