Invisibility would be really cool, but it would suck if you couldn't turn it off. You might end up going mad like the guy off Hollow Man.
Flying on the other hand... no drawbacks there (unless you have wings or something crap) - but is it effortless flying, or does it tire you out? Also, how much control to you have over your flight? Are we talking 'superman style', where you must fly as if you're lying on an ironing board, or do you get the maneuverability of a harrier jump jet?
It's a tricky choice. What's the best super power?
But then I thought, "flying" - that would be truly good for the soul.
