Messiah mod chip
50+ games
The cost? £400 brand new. Now, call me mad, but there are around 10 games coming to the PS2 this year that I want. The cost to me would be around £400/£450 if I were to buy originals. But, I can get the lot for £20 on backup. The maths just don't stack up.
Why the hell should I part with £450 just for a few games. They are *WAY* too overpriced. The silly thing is, if all new games cost just £20 each, I would always buy originals. I'm not skint, but I'm not daft either.
Do yourselves a favour and get a Messiah chip fitted. You won't regret it. Besides, it lets you play imports too, so you don't have to use it for backups.
For those into legal jargon, I do not condone the use of this chip for piracy. I do not own any backups where I don't have the original for it. If you do obtain backups, you must destroy them within 24 hours if you don't own the original.

But here you say you don't.
So, you have a Messiah chip, but you're buying original games? Is there any point in that?
Or do you get games on 'backup' to see if you like them, and if you do, buy the original?
I don't want to get all preachy, but if you do, you're still encouraging the pirates even if you do buy the game - because you're still paying them for the pirate copy you use to make up your mind.
