This looks to be in the Jak & Daxter mould, but with what appears to be a more detailed world. It also looks better - smoother - than J&D.
The colours definately look better on this one and being land based should make the motion better. One to try a demo out on possibly, are there any other decent looking platformers on the way ??
As you say, Spyro was a bit fluffy. I never owned it, but I know from the demo it was very playable.
