Captain Planet, why is it we haven't seen you in a videogame recently?
-> I think videogames are a waste! They're a waste of natural resources! I mean, look at all the power that gets used by a light bulb! Now think how many lightbulbs there must be in a television! All those poor animals are losing their homes to light up millions of lightbulbs in televisions around the world. But...you could change things! Switch to long-lasting energy saving lightbulbs! Use solar-power! Come on, THE POWER IS YOURS!
Leonardo, you are the leader of the Turtles, and, though you're not exactly teenagers anymore, surely there's room for a videogame featuring you and the 'mean green fighting machines'.
-> You think we'd live in the sewers if we could help it? We need somewhere to live! But no one will pay us in anything but Pizzas because we're not human and we've got this reputation for being cheese-addicts now! It's not like we snort peperoni's or inject ourselves with anchovies! But the main reason we've not had a game starring us since our arcade hit, is because of that new girl, Venus. She really knows how to make a guy wanna hide in his shell and never come out. She's terrible! She made us fight some monkey guy and totally ruined our image. Ever since she came along life has been totally bogus. Even Master Splinter's been hoping that his time will come pretty soon! I've never seen him like this before!
He-man, they call you the 'Master of the Universe', yet we haven't seen you nor Cringer the cat in any games. Why is it that Batman and Spiderman seem to be getting all the glory, whilst you are just sat in Castle Grayskull twiddling your thumbs?
-> I beat them all didn't I. My secret powers didn't get me anywhere. I had my day, then I beat them all. Skelator fell down that pit when he tried to take over Eternia and Castle Grayskull, and Evilyn escaped to never return. So now the sorcerous and I are bringing up a family together. Cringer got a bit jealous a few times and tried to kill the kids, He-boy and She-girl, so we had to get him put down, but Man-at-arms and Teela, the Godparents are still around. I mean, what's there to do now? There is nothing! The movie killed my career!
So there we have it, some of the major superheroes telling us why they haven't starred in any recent videogames. They're just not up to it anymore! Captain Planet just went too far, though I bet he wears skins! The Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles are just laughable now that Venus has ruined them, and He-man has retired with boredom. Maybe this is the same with many other super heroes. Flash Gordon is rumoured to be locked up in a funny farm after hearing Queen's theme tune "Flash" so many times, and they say that the thundercats have revolted against Liono because they hate the way he uses his sword like the Bat-signal. Cheatara of the Thundercats has been quoted in saying "He can never fight for himself! He's such a p***y!"
So maybe we should just stick to our Super Mario, Sonic the Hedgehog and Lara Croft for now. Or atleast until their fate gets the better of them and they become like the above...
biker mice from mars or something
Well, I heard that Batman was threatening legal action against Liono. Apparently, Liono is facing going to prison for copyright theft.
The whole storyline is totally mucked up by it!
Splinter supposedly found the turtles in the ooze which transformed them into humanoids (as mentioned in the cartoon series and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secrets of the Ooze). All the turtles were together as they had been dropped into the sewer by some kid (can't remember this bit so well) who just couldn't look after turtles. So where did Venus go? How'd she find the ooze? And how did Splinter, being the Yoda equivilent, miss this fifth turtle?
And i also remember april o neil :D
lol, I'd recognise them on TV, but I never ever saw an episode in my life (as far as I can remember)
