Does anyone know any actual programs that can teach you javascript?
Or is there anyone with MSN messenger willing to help-me? (MSN address: [email protected] )

Also, does anyone want a website built for free?
Thanks

I don't know of any programs for XML. I never use them.

Crumpets? i'll leave them to you guys, butter or not... :)

Javascript in 30 days? that sounds very tempting, and how dare they put school in the way of learning? dumb schools.
Anyone know of some really good XML tutorials online or a good book?

There is a Javascript which tells browsers not to cache pages. Maybe Webmonkey has that in the source? Netscape does it the way it asks, but IE doesn't like it.

How much butter was on the crumpets?

Nah, I tried this using IE's sybchronise option, but Webmonkey's weird and it messes up IE's cache, so I just either stayed connected or reconnected momentarilly to get the next page. It only take about 5 mins per page, and I assure you many crumpets were eaten!

Yes, but it depends on how you like to learn it. I did htmlgoodies recommendation, which was to learn the 30 tutorials in a month. You probably got your modem to throw it all down the line at once and read throug hit all in one go, without any crumpets in-between.

Yes it is, that's exactly what I did. It took me a few days to go through Thau's beginner's tutorial, which covers a whole lot of JS. Once you've doen that you can cover most tof the usual stuff you require for JS in web pages. It took me another 10 days to do the advanced tutorial though, but school kinda got in the way of that bit.
