"Xbox free game claim - problems with form"

Some of you have mentioned elsewhere that you've had problems opening the 'uk.doc' file which you've downloaded from the Xbox.com site in order to claim your free games and controller.

I believe the problem is that it is a Microsoft Word document which contains graphic text boxes. If you don't have Word, that's your problem. I do, and it's fine.

Anyway, if you want either an HTML version which is suitable for printing, or a plain text version which you can fill in by hand and mail to Microsoft, mail me at [email protected] and I'll send you both by return.

If you want to use the boxes in word, get the 'forms' toolbar up and lock the form.

YEA we know that but knowing Microsoft they will probibley come back and say er were too late or something!!!!!!!!!!

Well what I did was I put thw Numbers 1 and 2 next to the games and stars * next to English and Yes and I had a problum with sending the document but what I did was sent it as an attatchment and explained in the EMail what the Attachment was and I got back an E Mail from them

I put YES! next to the boxes and then explained in the mail what I meant, are they meant to e-mail back?

I just put a star in place of the box, im sure Microsoft can understand that :)
