I would just like to say to savaat a big thank-you for making me what I know consider me to be.

A Hardcore gamer

The reason I say thankyou to him is because I was getting gradually impressed by the x-box bit by bit and instead of overloading my mind with loads of facts he give me his personal unbiased opinion and showed me the downside which I was fearing with the game cube In the end I got an x-box and its the most enjoyable console I have had since the mega drive thanks mate once again

Oh and Savaat wish me luck for my GAD attempt :)

For that, you may as well buy a new PC, be able to play on a really large back catalogue of 'western' games, and be able to play new PC games that are released for a few years.

I'm not against you, or anyone getting an X-box mind. The Playstation 2 and GameCube each have their own western style games. You can't get any more western than Rareware, who are based in Britain. And you've got many developers creating third party games for both PS2 and GameCube which are not Japanese style games.

I'm just getting the GameCube because I'm a huge Nintendo fan, I like playing on the GameCube (I have played on it :P) and I cant afford to buy the X-box aswell.

I didn't say that I found Diddy Kong racing a Silcon Valley on N64 to be excellent I just prefer the way the western gaming world works Sorry to offend

Cheers mate and no problem. :-) Good luck by the way. ;-) I'm sure you'll win soon enough. Ironically you always seem to win when you least expect it rather than when you go out to try. ;-))
