The GC on the other hand has games that are different - it is a difficult one to quantify I know but there are more game coming out for GC that appeal so that will be my choice for next console.
The PS2 and GC will sit next to each other in harmony under the tele and will both be used as and when...
in our terminolgy: Ripped people off now to make it cheaper to sell more.
Im sticking with my PS 2 because it has and a great range of games already and coming out in the future.
If I were to get another console it would be a GC not an X, simply because I rate nintendo more and I like platformers and Nintendo are generally good @ making them
:D
I don't regret buying it, but I'm hoping that this price drop kicks it into gear.
I have three games for it - Halo, Project Gotham Racing and Munch's Oddysee - and I'm struggling at the moment to find two games to claim for my 'compensation', even after looking through SR's entire Xbox games list. The extra controller is also irrelevent, as I bought an extra one with the machine, and rarely have more than two players at a time anyway (which is why the PS2's two controller ports have never been an issue for me).
On the PS2 side of things, there are no games immediately that I want, but more than ten due before the end of the year, most of which are PS2 exclusives.
Quite frankly, there is no way in hell I would trade in my PS2 at the moment.
