commit suicide, and take your family with you. Don't you watch the news? It's the done thing nowadays. I Myself have planned ahead and have avoided this problem already by castrating myself with a circuitboard from my smashed up PS2.

If you want serious answers to this question, then you need to ask people who you know have children. I and many here don't, and thus you get answers that take the pi$$. Unless we have children of our own, it'll be hard to understand what exacly we would do in a situation like this.
