May.... 2003! I didn't have a clue we were this far off! That's over a year still to wait! Mind you, the next sequel (forget the name) comes out in November after that (like LOTR they're filming them both at the same time)

I'm afraid it has, it was released a few months back and I think they have stopped showing it at cinemas now. You can get it on Region 1 DVD though.

Has Training Day even be released in the cinemas here yet? I hope not, because I want to see it and definitely hasn't been out round here.

I am absolutely devastated. Are you sure? I thought it was pencilled in for a summer release...

I heard that it was to be released on x-mas day this year!
But May 2003 *BIG GROAN* :(

Oh well, at least I have plenty of time to enjoy some good games and watch some other good films within the next 12.5 months! :)

And I reckon it's all down to this Aalliyah business. If they'd have kept her in it, then we may have been lucky enough to get it this year.
I think they should've kept her in it. Not only for a quicker and more satisfying release, but also to show signs of respect that she deserves for originally being cast for that part!

Wasn't she sposed to play Morfeus' sister or something??

So it's next May for Matrix Reloaded and then 6 months later, it's the third one? Isn't that a bit early. I like the idea of not having to wait, don't get me wrong but that doesn't seem like too good an idea for the studio responsible for it (Warner?). The DVD of the first won't even be out!

And yes, it is Warner. I remember the green logo at the beginning of the original now. :-D
