The Service Status page says it's resolved now :¬)

I'm not sure why this was only recorded as a "Minor fault" as it looks like there was no service?
They must be saving 'red' for something REALLY bad ;¬)
Hmmm...

The company I do freelance work for have hundreds of websites hosted on one account and the only way to upload websites and update them is using a dial up modem. Believe it or not this in the UK. I also have many sites hosted too with Freeola and this is the only way too.

The only other way is to upload using a Freeola broadband account which is not going to happen because I am on a contract with Virgin Media broadband via cable and I do not have a telephone line connected to my property making it impossible or very expensive to get one connected.

Setting up VIP accounts for each account would also be impracticable and far too expensive considering the amount of websites hosted with Freeola.

Forgive me for asking ... but why do you still use a dial-up connection? Financially and hardware side it's not a viable proposition or is it?
