Little unlikely for me since I've never bought a ticket in my entire life, but if I won 10 mill, I'd...
Buy a large house (there's one literally around the corner from mine which would be perfect) and have all my posse move in. I'd charge them a tiny bit of rent (cheaper than anywhere else they could go) just for their food and to help pay the bills (hey, I ain't running a charity here)
I'd have the house rigged to solar panels and stuff (I'm very concerned about the environment) and use solar to charge an electric car I'd buy
Then I'd take us all to America for two weeks
Oh, and buy a few top of the range PCs for me and my posse to play each other on, as well as a PS2, Cube, X-Box etc
Then after that initial splash, I'd stick the majority of the rest in the bank (keep some cash incase of a crash in the market or summat)
I'd sort out my family for life, and live a full and rich life, living off the interest and investing my money carefully

I'd buy a novelty pool table that makes gulping sounds when you pot a ball and burps when you sink the black.

I'd be like the littlest hobo, going from place to place around the world helping people with their lives in small ways - never letting anyone know my name and never resorting to just handing out cash to help people out. Chuck £4M in a bank to live off the interest. Another £1M in a swiss bank. (All rich people seem to do it :))

If anything left just invest it in the stock market. Give a little to charity as well...

I would by Leicester city fc and buy loads off decent players for them then buy a Xbox,GBA,Game cube and all the games for the ps2 and all them consols and a dodge viper i wouldent but a massive house becuase i like my house but i would do it up :D
Easy - A flat in Tokyo, a house near Silverstone, 4 cars (Mitsubishi Lancer Evoution VII GSR, TVR Speed 6, Corvette C5R and a Mitsubishi 3000GT), a server box with a GeForce 4 Ti4600 and a 100ghz chip that has recently been announced (for games, naturaally) and a T1 pipe. Then, I'd live off the interest from the rest!

Pay a scientist 5 mil to develop REALLY potent strain of ganja that is good not bad for you and that increases memory capacity, cures cancer, makes you bright and intelliget, makes you stoned AND is easy to grow/care for.
Also i get amazing pc, get a better car ( my nissan micra is a bit clapped out!) ,house.
Plus I play the guitar, so, I would get a PRS dragon 3 (someone here is bound to know how DAMN nice those guitars are) and a mesa stack.
Trick is not to go mad, keep 4 mil and you will never have to work again.
