They're a little bit away from what you might think rock is.

They're all not what you may think rock is.
Some are fast and aggressive (Slayer), others are fantastic blues jams (Clutch).
But they are all worth listening to if you think rock starts and stops with Sum 41.
The latest and pretty much the best.
"Only Red Horse Rainbows can save us
Let them run wild and asunder
Call the royal gaurd to let the people in
Flaming arrows by the hundreds"
Recommendations?

Sinkemlow
Open Up The Border
Easy Breeze

Who Wants To Rock?
Four Lords
Guild of Mute Assassins
Mind you I still aint heard Clutch.. must get my act together!
Fu Manchu rock too.. very 70's.
I saw Kyuss in Camden Underworld in 95 - it was one of my defining moments in rock. Everyone was making a pit down the front but me and my mates we just boogying at the back off our heads.
Back in the day..
But what I could hear, I did like.
60 Watt Shamen are similar to Clutch & Kyuss, worth checking out.
Try:
Supa Scupa and Mighty Scoop
Gardenia
Whitewater
Allens Wrench
Green Machine
If we're talking stoner they are the kings.
Bob Dylan's 'All Along the Watchtower',
I may be way off here but dont you mean Jimi Hendrix?
Don McClane's 'American Pie' 'the only American Pie',
Mama's & Papa's/Beach Boys' 'California Dreaming',
Bob Dylan's 'All Along the Watchtower',
Lynard Skynard's 'Sweet Home Alabama'.
This is just one type, rock isn't normally my type so I'd be interested to know what category this falls into.
Try Turin Brakes too, the best stoner music I've ever heard. Kinda cliche, but you can't go wrong with the Chilis.
