"Big Brother 3: Worth Watching?"

Big Brother 3 is due to hit TV screens in about 6 weeks, but is it going to be worth watching, or just repeats of what happens in the last 2 series's (love, leaflet dropping and boring guitar playing)
Sure, the last 2 series's were good to watch in the evenings but not much can have changed this time, especially the 'will they will they not' love relationships.
Maybe they could change the location of the house
or have different rules...
What do you all think?

I remember last year I was on work experience in an electrical shop while it was on TV. Everyday we just stood there watching Bigbrother on a massive tv with surround sound. Man it got annoying when she was on that pogo stick.
