If you watched RAW and Smackdown this week, both shows were good with all sorts of things happening.
Ric Flairs RAW started well with a whole new set up of the show. It had such things happening as Stone Cold stunnering Vince and stunnering Ric but also signing Ric Flairs contract and joining WWF RAW, Kane Vs X-Pac resulting in X-Pac being disqualified because of the NWO and the Undertaker having a row with HHH as Flair handed the new undisputed championship belt over to the game. Flair also set a match for Backlash of HHH Vs The Undertaker.
Vince McMahons Smackdown went well too with things happening such as Vince changing Flairs Backlash match to HHH Vs Hulk Hogan, Edge Vs Kurt Angle resulting in Edge being disqualified for using a chair and The Rock Vs Chris Jericho resulting in Chris Jericho being victorious because of Kurt Angles inteference, angle slamming the Rock.
Both of these shows were successful and were interesting to watch in my view but which of them was more successful?
Which do you think? Flairs show or McMahons show?

I was suprised Chavo and Hugh Morris beat the Hurricane and Funaki. Chavo beat Funaki with a brainbuster which looked just like an ordinary suplex. Lance Storm faced Farooq, and Farooq won with a spinebuster, strange. Finally Ivory tapped out to Jazz's STF.

Each match had an unusual, unsatisfactory ending leaving you feeling a bit disappointed. I don't know if Heat was any better, Tazz might have seen it.

I hvae to say...I liked them both and for once I was actually looking forward to seeing them both, simply because the involvement of other wrestlers kept me entertained. Metal was pretty rubbish this week though. Two poor matches and a Women's title match??? hmm....

Yeah, I do believe that Metal is now a Smackdown show and Heat is a Raw show.

I only saw highlights of Raw on Livewire but it looked quite good. It's a bit early to say which is best.

I think Metal was taped at the same place as Smackdown last week because Metal had the Smackdow titantron.

I think RAW and SmackDown will be better shows because of the Split, which will be better, it's hard to say as of now, but I think my fav will be known when Triple H losses the Title, and it's known which show he'll be on.

Also, little off topic, but is Heat now taped form the RAW Arena, and Metal now from the SmackDown arena???

This week, Raw felt better than Smackdown. Maybe it was the new set with different wrestlers getting chances. It just felt fresh. Smackdown has the better set of wrestlers in my view though.

Very true. Notice that on Raw and Smackdown talent such as Spike Dudley (crap), Tajiri, Billy Kidman, Scotty, Albert, Raven and more. Normally, Spike, Tajiri, Scotty and Albert would be on Metal/Heat, so the split is definitely giving more people a chance to shine on the "big" shows.

I think that both shows were as good as each other but if i had to pick one it would have to be smackdown but only by a small margin. I also think its better now they've split as it has given more wrestlers a chance to shine instead of the usually wrestlers all the time.
