"How annoying"

OK, here's the story... I was playing Super Smash Bros Melee with my mate, Dominic, today - me as Pikachu, him as Zelda - and we set up a ten minute match on the Big Blue level. I killed him almost straight away, then avoided him for about 9 minutes, then about 5 seconds before the match was going to end, he shouts "you're a coward!!!" then turns the Gamecube off.

Huh!

Anyone else had similar things happen?

A few years ago I was at my best mates little party type thing, we were playing on ISS 64, 4 player when I scored, he got really annoyed, turned the N64 off, I made some comment about him being a bad looser, then he turned around and punched me in the face!

I haven't got many mates good at SSBM but they never turn it off when I woop them. I have 3 mates around and we are beating up eachother, and as usual, my mate who is ca...bad is sitting in the corner with DK doing his B+down slap the ground move...its the only thing he can do...sad really...

My friend does it all the time. But we are use to him doing it.

Mostly on Monkey Ball.

where did you download it from?

That always happens to me but I know why. It's because I like it when I play and the other player(s) dont hit me even once. So it's kind of cheesing them of and stuff because they can't lay a finger on me so they just get angry off and turn the whole console off. This has happened to David, Marcos, my brother, Pedro, Robert, and Jose.

Hardly any of that made sense. Anyway, a certain friend turns it off if he loses, but he shall remain nameless :D

I killed him almost straight away, then avoided him for about 19 minutes, then about 3 seconds before the match was going to end, he shouts "you're a coward!!!" then turns the Gamecube off.

yeah i was playing Super Smash Bros Melee and the game froze so i turned it off and played mario sunshine didnt crash.. :D
