Goatboy - come on .. Bring on the Nubiles of the Ratus Narvegicus album had to be the Stranglers defining moment - them lyrics were..... different ?
For me Shine on you crazy Diamond has to be the best Floyd album. Turn the lights off, listen and drift away. Did any of you see the Wall film ? was that depressing or what ?
Saw them live when I was however old , cant remember when the Wall came out but that was some gig.
Favourite band of all time is Queen, saw them at Wembley, year after Band Aid - That gig and in the Wembly Arena - Works tour - glad I saw them before Freddie pegged it.
I'm drifting off into 70's and 80's nostalgia now.

Well, actually, The Wall was Turbonutter and Goatboy. Goatboy said about The Wall being the last decent album made, and after downloading The Trial I bought it.
