are sega first, third, or second party developers?

Slap bang in the middle of Christmas and New Year holidays I received a letter from High Peak Borough Council proposing changes to the Green Belt status of a field on Kinder Road with the intention of freeing up land so that it can be allocated to build new houses. Apart from scarring the views towards TWENTY TREES, I'm of the opinion that KINDER ROAD will not be able to cope with the increased volume of traffic and reduction of parking spaces any new development would cause. Furthermore, I want to know why HPBC decided not to inform every household in Hayfield, let alone residents of Kinder Road, about these proposed changes. Believe it or not, they only sent it to a few houses!!! I'd like to know why they sent this letter knowing full well that it would land on our doormats during Christmas and New Year. HPBC state that I can download a Questionnaire so that I can put forward my views by no later than 10th February. I've just spent over an hour trying to find this so called Questionnaire - where is it? Can anyone help?

There are additional local planning proposals being made by High Peak Borough Council which if succsessful would result in Hayfield losing some of its Greenbelt.

This really is quite sad. Not only is it just stupid (even stupider is you saying it's a good way to get the word count up), but it wastes server space. Just a couple of months back, loads of the original members' stories and the like were deleted to make way for more stuff- the server just got full.
