Recently a boy in essex was taken to hospital after not being able to move his hands. He had been playing on his PS2 for 10 hours a day and for 14 days in a row. The vibration of his Duel Shock Controller 2 managed to somehow paralyze his hand. The boy has fully recovered but is taking Sony to court. The only problem the kid faces is the safety restrictions Sony put on their products. I think that it says you should only play your PS2 for 1 hour at a time with a 15 minute gap between plays. If the kid had listened to this i think that his hands may have recovered bofore starting to play again. If the kid wins then theres got to be something wrong with the law because on every game it says the safety information aswell.

He shouldn't need to read to know, he should know already that playing on a games console for that amount of time is not 'normal'.

I know what you said. I was implying that we already know that there are warnings on their products, and that people have made posts like this before. YOU were the one who read MY post properly.

On second thoughts I think his Mummy should smack him VERY HARD.

Actually it's here fault for being so rich and able to afford every single one of those Platinum games unlike the advert guy.

Did this boy stop to take games out and put them in? Or have an automatic device so he just sat there on his ass?

I think he's fat.

LMAO! - to be honest I know a few people like that! Kids will soon exist with built-in drips!

I don't know why I'm laughing though - I played Dynasty Warriors 3 for 6 hours a few nights ago and I still can barely move my thumbs!! SAD! lol

He can't really do anything to Sony because Sony had the warning printed and so it is the boy's fault for this accident.

All that time on a Playstation 2 seems a bit mad doesn't it? Surely he must of got a tad bored without a break? And where was his Mum? Sitting there saying "Keep playing!" whilst forcing large amounts of food into his mouth as his eyes still stare at the screen and orange juice from a tube.

This is kind of unrealistic actually, I mean, how did the poor thing sleep?!?

Oh yes, there are such things as sofa beds...

Lets just say, if this is true - this boy is one HARDCORE gamer.
