Anyone played this?

I downloaded the demo and it really is pretty cool. Feels more like a console FPS than a PC one. Lot's of cool gadgets to use. Nice graphics. And funny too: not in the cringeworthy style of normal comedy games, but subtle stuff, like finding a love letter on the guard you just killed, or overhearing a conversation about the symbolism of the HARM salute.

Reccomended, anyway.

I can't wait for this game, I played the origanal and loved it, and to this day it's still one of the best FPS I've played. I liked the demo as well, though I didn't think it showed off the game that well, still it played jusr like the origanal and looked amazing. Definatly on my games list.

I'm ashamed to say I've never played the original. I always thought it looked a bit silly. More fool me. The game it most reminds me of is Perfect Dark: very slick, arcadey and inventive. And lots and lots of fun. I don't know if this is true of the original but the demo seems quite stealth based: you use a crossbow a lot of the time and, even if you do pick up automatic weapons from the bad guys, you rarely use them because it just attracts swarms of other guards. There's nice touches like knocking over bottles or hitting a wind chime alerting the guards: and you can chuck coins on the ground to lure people over to you.

It's cool, anyway: I'm definitely going to get the full version, and I might try and grab NOLF1 on budget if I see it.

I can't wait for NOLF2, the original rocked. Haven't played the demo yet as it takes too long to download on a 56k. Does it feel any different to the first one?
