And seeing off 11 Stormtroopers with no threat to yourself thanks to Jedi Speed and Force Push is top.

Or, stand in front of a group of them, hit Force Pull and watch them go sailing past you and over the edge of a VERY steep drop-off.

Or watching Luke scythe down a roomfull of villains.

Or controlling R2 units through sections.

So many cool touches and moments.
But my fav is still wall running.

Single player is superb.

Starts off as a FPS in Star Wars world, but when you get your Jedi skills and lightsaber it becomes the coolest of the cool.

Excellent. You take on a bunch of Jedi with Luke at your side, fighting with you at one point. That was so cool.

Hmmm, I'm getting quite interested in this game. What's the single player like?

I use standard 56k modem and it's fine with not many players in a server, and too many players and it gets too cluttered anyway.

Ah yes but this is the can of whoopp botty used only by Jedi Masters, ohh and by Mr T.
