Personally, i recon the whole x-box thing is a shame.
But to get this out the way b4 people start having a go, i'm a ps2 user, but not a 'fanboy'. I don't buy a machine becuuse of any other reason than i like the games on the machine. i have no loyalty to the ps2, but while they continue to make great games that appeal to me, i'll still play it.
The x-box was a great machine, albiet a pc without a keyboard, definately powerful, and backed by a rich company who invested a lot into it to get it going, but the lack of good games is killing it. the bullyboy tactics of MS trying to buy out companies so they can get sole rights to the games are sick, as is MS's marketing.
Anyone who owns an x-box and loves it, good luck to you. Halo is a great game. shame there are no other games worth having, but there you go. the machine will die in the near future, the price drop will not save it seeing as ps2 went one better and gc is still the cheapest. the fact is, is that the games are ched. simple.
