Hip-hop is my kinda music. But your choice of "HIP-HOP" stars are more like RAP or R'n'B.

Real hip-hop is Dialated Peoples.

My favorite is the all english Mark B and Blade, but then again they are a mix of rap and hip-hop.

There's nothing wrong with hip hop, it's just that New Guy is hopelessly misguided about it. It is one of the most inventive and creative music genres, yet true hip hop is not (with the exception of Nas) any of the artists mentioned. There is no need to talk like Westwood to engage in a hip hop discussion. I worry when I see people associate these jokers with some of the definitive artists in the business. My personal taste favours the work of the Wu Tang Clan, Jurassic 5, A Tribe Called Quest, Dilated Peoples, De La Soul, Mos Def and Talib Kweli. If anyone wants to have an intellectual discussion about hip hop, and not poor gangsta rappers, I'd be more than happy to. So I suggest you get your facts straight before you start calling your choice of music 'hip hop'.

Ruff Ryders are actually pretty good but it still doesn't mean he can get away with talking like Tim Westwood.

Why won't the filter let me say t**?

Is it really that filthy?
