Played the coverdisc demo from OPS2M the other day. Loved it.

Bought the Xbox version today. Identical, graphically. Might actually take it back tomorrow and swap for the PS2 version, because the Xbox controller is giving me bloody hand cramps!

Are the missions like the old ones where you have to get in, get the bag, and get out, or do you have to do objectives of some sort?

This version is much more story-based, and you have a number of objectives in each mission - not just find one thing and get out again.

The multiplayer still has those sorts of missions, but the single player is far better than in TS1.

I've only played the first level (I never played the demo) and...wow!

Pretty, and fun!

Did you find the anaconda game for your radar thingie?

Is Timesplitters 2 identical on the GameCube to the PS2? I was going to wait for the GC version but now that I'm not allowed to claim GTA4 (not 18) I dunno know what to get.

i have played the demo and i must say it's excellent just like Goldeneye. I'm sure some of you will proberly argue that the PS2 controller isn't as good as the N64 controller for the controls but with a few changes to the button configs i found the perfect setup and before i knew it i was snipering troopers and blasting zombies :)

I think TS2 should have been a PS2 exclusive, cause TS came out PS2.

Haven't seen the GC version running - don't think it's out yet - there were certainly none on the shelves in Game.

I'd imagine it looks identical - the Xbox and PS2 versions do.

Strangely, they will not put it on the pods in Game. It's rated 15 - but not by the BBFC, only by ELSPA. I didn't think ELSPA ratings were enforceable by law - just recommendations.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.

Very pleased with the help given by your staff. They explained technical details in an easy way and were patient when providing information to a non expert like me.
