The first game I ever played was Alladin for the Sega Master System. Oh those were the bad old days...**goes off into dream world of 2d graphics**

Bad old days? those days were fantastic... don't you think? You could only get a game like Super Mario World in 2D

I think the first one I ever played was Double Dragon on the Sega Master System, at my cousin's house.

The use of a control pad instead of a keyboard/joystick (a la spectrum/commodore) really took me by suprise, and I was amazed. Double dragon earnt itself a special place in my memory that day.

Master System pads would fit in my hands properly back then, too :)

First game I ever played was Rainbow Islands, I think.
