i had this email from rockstar after i asked some questions.
1) Can u fly the plane with ease this time?
A: Yes, its like the train you get in and it will take off itself and you can then fly it freely.
2) Can u jump from helicopter?
A: yes there is actually a hidden mission... we dont want to spoil it now do we.
3) Are the helicopters easy to fly?
A: Yes, X will start the rotars, X again will take it to the air, it will then use the anologue sticks to fly around, Square will make you land, and triangle makes you jump.. he he

I'd be more interested in not hearing anything from Americans about the game in the few weeks before it's released over here than finding out how easy/hard it is to fly a copter.
