Thought as seeing how Halo is such a good game with so much to see a do, that we needed a chat thread.

So lets use this thread to share tips, multi-player ideas and game types, funny things that have happened, anything to do with the world of Halo.

NO cheats at all on Halo. Theres a topic on the Xbox forum about this.

remove the space. I dont know if any of you have seen this movie, but if you havent its a must download. Its 10mb and a quicktime movie of some very cool Halo footage.

I thought of another fun multi player game. Really its only for 2 players.

Go onto Blood Gulch or Sidewinder and then have all vehicles set, plasma weapons and infinte grenades. You then have either player place a warthog at either end of the map next to the scorpian tank. Then by only using the plasma grenades you have to blow the warthog to the other side of the map next to the scorpian tank.

Played link up today. I had a bright idea that if we were invisable and could only snipe it would be quite fun. WRONG, after about 10 mins of wandering around, waiting and zooming in with the Scope, we thought "hey lets go to the middle to see if were on the radar, or can see each other". We didnt appear on the radar and even at a small distance you cant see each other.

Then we made a game where we could only use plasma grenades. We had infinite grenades on Blood Gulch, with all vehicles. We had it that we couldnt use any of the plasma weapons. If we were in a vehicle and it got a plasma grenade stuck to it, then we had to take the punishment and go down with the vehicle. A very fun game with just 2 players. Imagine 4 players :).

Anyone played any good multi-player games?

when i knew that i wouldn't finish in time i just got out and attached a grenade to myself...and then START ALLLLL OVERRRR AGGGAIINNN!!

All that was needed to complete the moment was to see Master Chief to run off and come back with a branch and start beating the jeep with it. ;-))

Of course nothing really happened after I beat the living tar outta the thing. Got some satisfaction out of it though.
However, I did beat one off the edge of a cliff once when I lost my rag with it. Opps - a long walk followed. ;-))

i love it when you die cos of a grenade and then fly all over the place cos of a chain explosion

I made my mate laugh when I actually got out and started beating the crap outta the jeep with melee attacks, bullets and grenades. ;-))

It was like a Halo version of John Cleese. ;-))

LOL...i had to try about 5 times before getting it right....lots of swearing from me...actually woke my mum up i think when she was trying to sleep lol
